With solemn reverence, we commemorate Bobby Gene Logsdon of Kentwood, Louisiana, born in Leitchfield, Kentucky, whose life came to an end on June 21, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Mae Poteet; his siblings, Clay Dean Poteet and Gwendolyn "Sissy" Bain; and his great grandchild Conway Orbon Beall. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Johnson Logsdon; his children, Darren Logsdon (Paige) and Chandra Carmack (Toby); his grandchildren, Bobby Kelley (Kaci), Elizabeth Fletcher (Damyon), Jaclyn Moncla (Colt), Sadie Ketchum (Dakota), James Carmack, Kaitlynn Beall (Josh), Laurann Finegan (Tyler), Madison Gomes (Joseph) and Cooper Caviness; his great grandchildren, Bobby, Charlotte Kelley, Evalynn, Preston, Shelton, Emma Fletcher, Elizabeth, Elijah Ketchum, Cyrus Beall, Rebeckah and Finegan; and his sister Kathleen Robinson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church (62508 Friendship Church Rd, Amite City, LA 70422). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
