He is survived by: his wife Sandra Simpson Arnold; his daughter Becky Arnold Smith (George Dewey Smith); his grandsons, George Dewey Smith II, Christian Kyle Smith (Taylor Joiner Smith), Hunter Thomas Smith (Sierra Jones Smith) and Tyler Austin Smith; his great grandchildren, Kenleigh Kate Smith, Kylie Claire Smith and Ava Hayden Smith; his sister Shirley Arnold Winstead; and his nephew Christopher Wayne Arnold (Jena).
