He is survived by: his wife Stella Viola Harter; his children, Frank Harter, Pam Harter and Connie Sampognaro; and his grandchildren, Hayden Hatchell, Drew Hatchell, Nicholas Sampognaro, Emily DeLee, Carliss Sampognaro and Frankie Sampognaro.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sharkey Funeral Home (1023 Old Brookhaven Rd, Summit, MS 39666). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery.
