He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruthie Mae Rousseau and Clarence E. Tilley, Sr.; his daughter Tracey Tilley; his siblings, Lois Anne Tilley and Roy Evans Tilley; and his siblings' children, Clarence Tilley (Peanut) and Ciara Lexi Pagan.
He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Tilley; his brother Clarence Tilley, Jr.; his sibling's children, Susan Pagan, Rebecca Hess, Ryan Vloedman, Tenara Pagan, Lana White, Justin, Joey, Terrence and Jeffrey Tilley; and his close friends, Theresa Lester, Bob Rousseau, Joey Fontenot, Liz Tilley, Ronnie Duncan and Bud Lite.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Seale Funeral Home (1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
