She is survived by: her husband Wilbert Ray Chapman; her sons, David Chapman (Theresa), Scott Chapman (Elizabeth Hansen) and Todd Chapman (Gemma Spell); her grandchildren, Shane Chapman, Phillip Chapman, Cole Chapman, Cullen Spell, Gavin Spell, Gabriel Spell and Mila Spell; and her brother Cliff Guillet (Sandra).
