He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fay Manuel; his sisters, Myra Batchelor and Alice Ferguson; and his children, John Manuel (Rhonda), Regina Franks (Chuck), Sandy Manuel and Street. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many cherished family members and friends.
