He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Collins (Dirone), Garreth Bartie (Jessica), Shawnta Bartie, Shawntel Bartie and Deon Bartie; his sisters, Rose Pat Vital and Iona Clark (Johnny Lee); and his former wives, Lois Marie Turner Collins and Delores Lichtehauer. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
