He is survived by: his wife Nelrene Clark; his children, Richard Jr. (Carla), Lesia Chantlin (Gregory), Alex Wayne and Rhonda Jeanne Mudd (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Jeanne, Al Lewis, Angelica, Sydney and Katie. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
