He was predeceased by: his parents, Oda Manuel and Lou Manuel; and his sisters, Linda Susann McGregor and Candace Gay Fulp. He is survived by: his wife Paula Abbey Manuel; his children, Teresa Brooke Manuel and Ryan Neil Manuel; his grandchildren, Halie Grace and Austin Brice; and his sister Jennifer Manuel Bruchhaus (Kirby).
