He is survived by: his mother Mary Hebert; and his siblings, Curtis Hebert Jr. (Cheryl) of LaPorte, Robert Hebert (Debra) of Welsh, Dianne Hebert of Welsh, Jennifer Leger (Keith) of St. George and Donna Galley (Tim) of San Antonio, Texas.. He is also survived by ten nephews, six nieces, and sixteen great nieces and nephews.
