He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney J. Usey, Sr. and Hortense Tabor Usey; and his brothers, Sidney J. Usey, Jr. and David "Mac" Usey. He is survived by: his wife Jan Naquin Usey; his daughters, Shannon Usey and Stacey Usey Megless (Colin); his grandsons, Gracin Usey, Gabe Megless and Hayes Megless; and his sisters, Christine Usey Studor and Debra Usey.
