He is survived by: his mother Emma Ann Todd Buoch; his close friend Danielle Bobinger; his brother Harold George Buoch, Jr.; his sister-in-law Elisa; his sister Cheryl Buoch Brown; his brother-in-law Jeff; and his friend Vince Tassin.

Steven was an organ donor, and grew his hair to donate to Locks of Love.
