It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alcee J. Breaux (Lafayette, Louisiana), who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michel Breaux and Elia Breaux; and his siblings, Bennett Breaux, Antoine Breaux, May Robert, Rena LeBlanc and Inez Duhon.

He is survived by: his wife Janelle H. Breaux; and his daughters, Benette Thibodeaux (Mickey), Rebecca B. Saltamachia, Veronica "Susie" Breaux, Michelle LeBlanc (Darrell), Monique Breaux and Melanie Breaux. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
