She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave E. Hornsby of Opelousas and Velma A. Anderson of Los Angeles. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Fontenot, Dionne Fontenot and Jeanne Fontenot; and her grandchildren, Austin, Ryann, Collin Pinkerton, Skye and Sydney Hall. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
