He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Daigle Noel; his children, Everette R. Noel (Patricia) of Lafayette, LA, Tiffanni L. Singleton (Darrick) of New Orleans, LA and Shelley Guillory (Donald) of Katy, TX; his sister Patricia Duhon of Lafayette, LA; and his caregiver Latasha Stevens. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
