She is survived by: her son Lee K. Boothby (Janice I.) of The Woodlands, TX; her grandchildren, Amber Drewett (Trey), Logan Baudoin, Katherine G. Smith, Kenneth R. Boothby (Katie) and Zachary L. Boothby; her great grandchildren, Jathan Drewett, Aleta Drewett, Zackie Drewett, Bennette Drewett, Peyton Smith, Jaxon Smith, Reagan Smith, Wyatt Boothby and Wesley Boothby; and her brother Jack Haskell (Jean).
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
