He is survived by: his wife Ella Gabrielle Cooper (Abbeville); his sons, Andrew Isadore and Billy De'Monte Cooper; and his siblings, Willie C. Cooper (Kathleen), Vera Faye Davis, Lillie M. Nelms (Claude), LouAnne Thomas (Johnnie), Wanda M. Cooper, Carlos W. Cooper, Roxanne Cooper Gloston (Pastor Peter Sr.) and Serena L. Cooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, close friends and other family members.
