He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Dunn, Jr. and Viola Knight; his siblings, Louis Dunn, Bernard Dunn, Lillie B. Cannon (Sterling), Mary Jarrell (Charlie) and Bessie Bryant (Charlie); and his parents-in-law, Jeanette Joseph Leday and Elton Leday, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Earline Leday Dunn; his children, Roosevelt Dunn, Jr. (Chie) of Stafford, VA, Ralph Dunn, Sr. (Mona-Lisa) of Carencro, LA, Charles Anthony Dunn (Aya) of Humble, TX, Dale Mitchell Dunn (Daphanie) of Carencro, LA, Mark Edward Dunn (Nephatera) of Spring, TX, Kirk Melvin Dunn, Sr. (Ciera) of Prairieville, LA, Jeanette Dunn Charles (Joseph Roland) of Carencro, LA and Annette Dunn of Lafayette, LA; his granddaughter Dr. Lena Leday Joseph of Stone Mountain, GA; his siblings, Jake Spears, Addie Marshal of Clinton, LA and Maddie Dunn; and his siblings-in-law, Alberta Joubert Campbell and Charles Ray Joubert. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, twenty-seven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, four Godchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
