He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Guidry; his paran John Guidry; his grandparents, Rena and Mervin Guidry; and his niece Enjoli Arthur.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherri Boudreaux; his stepfather Billy Matte; his stepsons, Michael Broussard and Austin Broussard; his stepgrandchildren, Anthony Broussard, Ellianna Broussard and Adalyn Broussard; his siblings, Donald Seaux, Jr. (Karla), Donna Seaux Lowe (Beau) and Sherri Arthur (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Emily Seaux of Scott, Kalem, Kamron Lowe of Carencro, McKenzie, Rhys and Emma Arthur; and his pet Miss Piggy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in the name of Blake Guidry be made to Melancon Funeral Home (337-896-8596) to defray funeral expenses.
