He is survived by: his parents, Byron Starks, and Angel Starks, Sr.; his brothers, Christon and Caleb Starks; his grandparents, Andrew Frank, Jr., Michelle and Joseph Darbonne; his aunts and uncles, Nichole Alexander, Natasha Frank Albert, Nameista Vallian (Joseph), Masako Frank, Aza Randall (Byron), Kerrance Starks (Tywanda) and Andre Frank, Sr. (Kalilia); his great-uncles and great-aunts, Paula Labrie, Dorothy Mayfield, Annie Johnson, Barbara Prielou, Lula Fitz, Audrey Barnhill, Mary Gill, Brenda Starks, Linda Castille, Sybil Brown, Junior Ray Starks, James Frank, Donald Williams, Dean Williams and Russell Williams; and his godparents, Axel and Donna Vasquez.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Crossroads Church (150 Verona Dr, Lafayette, LA 70507). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
