He was predeceased by: his parents, Etyle McVae and Carl A. Fee, Sr.; and his son Carl Martin "Marty" Fee. He is survived by: his children, Curtis Fee (Annette) of Golaid, TX, Robert Fee of Church Point and Meghan Fee of Norfolk, VA; his brother James "J. C." Halliburton of Church Point; his granddaughters, Amber Fee, Nicole Fee, April Goulas and Kaitlyn Fee Jurgens; and his great grandchildren, Malachi Goulas, Trinity Goulas and Judah Goulas.
