He is survived by: his father Jimmy Field; his stepmother Sandra Lemoine; his brother Andy Field (Kate); his niece Evelyn Spencer (Luke); his great-nieces, Clara and Margot of Chicago; his niece Corinne Wessinger (Sam); his great-niece Lottie of Nashville; and his niece Lydia Field (Jake) of Nashville.
