He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Begnaud and Mildred Melancon; his brother-in-law CJ Angelle; and his nieces, Angela Williams and April Angelle.
He is survived by: his sister Johanna Angelle of Lafayette; his nieces and nephews, Shane Angelle, Kim Angelle (Neal Begnaud) and Crystal Boullion (Shane); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natasha, Danielle, Karra (Damien), Tiffany (Scott), Johanna (Josh), Jeramie (Brittany), Jarred (Lacey) and Nick (Lauren); and also, Bralynn, Bayleigh, Talia, Madeline (Maddie), Taeghan, Remi, Caroline, Kaydance, Adelaide "Addie", Braxton, D'Neric, Joseph, Lane, Kayden, Kody and Connor.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A rosary will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
