He is survived by: his mother Carla Gachassin Dugas (Don); his children, Rhett Jude Desormeaux and Audrey Ann Bussey; his siblings, Jacob Dugas (Katherine), Alix Dugas, Kyle Desormeaux (Heather) and Megan Mendoza (Zack); his grandmother June H. Gachassin; and his uncles, Todd Gachassin (Susan), Buddy Gachassin and Kent Desormeaux (Melissa). He is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
