He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Tracey Thrash Whidden (Jonathan), Robert Dean Thrash (Debra) and Randall Wood Thrash (Pamela); his stepchildren, Nora B. Haile (Scott), Nancy B. Wiebelt and Frank Brown (Heather); his siblings, Beverly T. Lee and W. Virgil Thrash (Nancy); his grandchildren, Brandie Butler, Alyssa Pitts, Parker Thrash, Morgan Lemley and Alex Thrash; his stepgrandchildren, Dominic "Nicky" Hamsa, Adam Jo Wiebelt, Lucy Wiebelt, Aiden Brown and Asher Brown; and his great grandchildren, Andrew and Nicholas Butler.
