It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clayton Paul Richard in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Murphy Richard, and Thelma Cormier Richard, Sr.; and his nephew Brandt Wayne Richard. He is survived by: his siblings, Murphy "Boo" Richard, Jr. (Christine) of Rayne, Shannon "Pooka" Richard (Jamie) of Iota, Melissa "Pollet" Colangelo (Carlos) of Crowley and Michael Richard of Crowley. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; and fifteen great-nieces and great-nephews.
