Castille, Jr. of Lafayette; his stepchildren, Brittany Blanchard of Eunice, Marie Blanchard of Duson and Gregory Blanchard of Duson; his mother Helen Mae Gaudet Castille of Lafayette; his brothers, John N. Castille of Lafayette and David C. Castille, Sr. of Broussard; his grandchildren, Jada Guidry, Jana Winburn, Elleanor Wilson, Ethaniel Wilson, Jesse Guidry and Jaxon Guidry; his nieces and nephews, Nicole Castille (Blake), Danielle Castille, David C. Castille, Jr. and Christopher S. Castille; and his great-nephews, Dorian Landry and C. J. Castille.
