He is survived by: his wife Tamara Portalis of Maringouin, LA; his sons, Zai'than Portalis and Javian of Washington; his stepdaughters, Calayjah and Rulacia of Maringouin, LA; his parents, Cynthia Portalis Lewis of Lafayette, LA and Carl Felix, Sr. of Houston, TX; his siblings, Danata Portalis of Opelousas, LA, Delana Portalis (Jay) of Lafayette, LA, Shontavia (Kolya), Carla (Larry) of Texas, Gordon Felix (Amber) of Oklahoma and Carl Felix Jr. of Oklahoma; his grandmother Mary Portalis of Lafayette, LA; his aunts, Melissa Hebert (Milton) of Lafayette, LA, Charlotte (Raymond) of Lafayette, LA and Tracy (Rodney) of Lafayette, LA; his uncle Brad Felix of Lafayette, LA; his godfather John Alfred Sr. of Lafayette, LA; and his pet Misty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
