He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Broussard Sr. and Clara Broussard; and his siblings, Elaine Marie Broussard, Beverly Whitmyre and Albert Broussard Jr..

He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Broussard; and his children, Ametra Strong of Lafayette, Devin Williams of Lafayette, Luciana Fontenot of Lafayette, Darrel Broussard Jr., Marlon Broussard of Apollo Beach and Charles Fontenot of Richmond Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

A rosary will be recited at 9:00 a. m. All those in attendance must wear a mask or face covering.
