He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert D Jeffreys and Annie Elizabeth Jeffreys; and his brother-in-law Wayne "Randy" Young. He is survived by: his wife Helen "Cathy" Young Jeffreys; his siblings, Rebecca Gale Jeffreys Franz and Robert Allen Jeffreys; his siblings-in-law, Roxanne Carter Williams, Rodney H Carter, Jr. and Richard Carter, Sr.; and his pet Amie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
