He is survived by: his parents, Peter Voelker (Donna) and Carolyn Voelker Escuriex (Pierre); his son David "Sparrow" Voelker Jr.; his grandparents, Wava Rud, Edward "Nook" and Abigail Voelker; his sister Nancy Voelker Brown (Brandon); his siblings' children, Luke and Ava; his sister Caroline Voelker Vajcner (Joseph); and his siblings' children, Champ, Navi and Frankie.
