He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Guidry and Lucille Sherman; and his sister Janet Guidry Sakatch. He is survived by: his wife Linda Butaud Guidry; his son Deeke Guidry; his siblings-in-law, Donna Butaud Reaux (John) and Mike Sakatch; his sibling's children, Brandy Johnson White (Casey), Brent G. Johnson and Chad A. Reaux; his great-nieces, Crystal and Michelle White; and his great-nephew Joshua Reaux.
