DeElla Balfa Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeElla Balfa of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on March 20, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrus Arabie and Gertie Hebert; her husband Wedney J. Balfa; her children, Amy Balfa and Darrell Balfa; and her siblings, Evelyn, Stanley, Celia, Clara and Willie.
She is survived by: her sons, Warner Balfa and Jeffery Balfa (Linda); her grandchildren, Ashley Pourciaux, Joey Winn, Hope Balfa, Alayna Dore' (Zack), Kaeley Balfa, Krystal Doucet (Hunter) and Destiny Brasseaux (Steven); and her brother Johnny Arabie. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
