He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethan Amon Hawkins and Viola Christine Harty. He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Wilson; his daughter Shani D. Turner (Michael A. Turner) of Dumas, TX; his grandchildren, Ethan Turner, Natalie Wilson, Kelci Fontenot, Camryn Fontenot, Ainslei Fontenot, Levi Fontenot and Vivian Wilson; and his sister Naomi "Ruth" Waguespack of Pearland.
