With sadness, we share the passing of Donald Lee Lege in Lafayette, Louisiana. Donald, born on October 3, 1938, passed away on July 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lurline Broussard Lege and Dalton Lege; his brother George Lege; his wife Yvonne Creasey Lege; his daughter Melanie Jayne Lege; his son-in-law Ronald Suttle; his uncle Warren Broussard; Autrey Duhon.
He is survived by: his children, Kristin Lege (Elda), Stephen Lege Sr. and Stephanie Suttle; his grandchildren, Cherise French (Ben), Mark Bon, Jonel Bon (Stephanie), Stephen Lege Jr. (Jaime), Tabitha Lewis, Brian Suttle and Rachel Eichner (Mike); and his cousin Sandra Vice. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
