He is survived by: his children, Tammy Cook of Youngsville, LA, Curtis Breaux (Mary) of Arnaudville, LA, Paul Breaux of Abbeville, LA, Daniel Breaux (Avern) of Abbeville, LA, Earl Breaux, Jr. of Youngsville, LA and Barry Ransom (Tammy) of Lafayette, LA; his siblings, Calvin Breaux of Lafayette, LA, Alvin Breaux (Marie) of Lafayette, LA, Lumus Breaux (Genevieve) of Baton Rouge, LA and Velma Darby of California; and his godchildren, Danielle Thibeaux of Houston, TX and Hector Breaux of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; forty-two great grandchildren.
