He is survived by: his wife Lula Noel; his children, Earl Noel Sr. (Tymeko), Kirk Noel, Kurtis Noel (Karetta), LeeAllen Noel (Amanda), Kelly Noel (Chancey), Joshua Noel, Twana Callais (Gary) and Leejanna Frederick (Joshua); his mother Georgie LeBlanc Batiste; his brothers, Linton Noel (Lorena), David Noel (Laura), Napoleon Noel Jr. (Renee) and Ernest Batiste (Gloria); his stepsiblings, Bernadine Noel (Joseph) and Ronald Batiste (Michelle); and his godchildren, Manda Jolivette, Jennifer Lewis, Harriet Noel, Resear Jean-Batiste Phillips and Kimberly Calais. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
