He is survived by: his children, Marcus Neil (Celeste) and Patrice Monette; his wife Carrie Phillips; his children, Edward Jr. (Wendy) and Lee Anthony; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Guiang, Lula Trahan and Loretta Angelle. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
