He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mouton, Sr. and Willie Alma Wells Mouton; his stepmother Sammie Jo Lovett Mouton; his siblings, Brenda Mouton, Glenda Gail Mouton Cox, Terry Mouton, Jerry Jackson and David Jackson; and his aunt Mary Dorothy Dorseaux.
He is survived by: his children, Stacie Neal (Dennis) of Hampton, GA, Mary Ann Jackson of Lauderhill, FL and Kenya Mouton of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; his grandchildren, Dominique Neal, Champange Green (Brandon), Javon Neal, Kylie Myers, Jeremiah Mouton, Hallie Mouton, Harper Mouton and Messiah Mouton; his great grandchildren, Bre'Jon Green, Rayne Green and Wynter Green; and his siblings, Debra Mouton Roper, Kevin Mouton (Ann), Mabell Borden (late Will) and Darlene Carrington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
