She is survived by: her husband Dr. William Andrew Hawkins; her friends, Curtis, Masel Marse, Lucien, Dr. Sammie, Shirley Cosper and Allen Croom; her children, Gary Michael "Mike" Hawkins, Richard Lee "Rick" Hawkins, William Ken Hawkins (Andrea) and Deborah Glyn "Debbie" Hawkins; her grandchildren, Michael Hawkins (Madelaine), Kevin Hawkins (Kristin), Erin Hawkins Thomas (Josh), Taylor Hawkins, William "Drew" Hawkins (Dylan), Jeremy Hawkins (Erica), Cameron Hawkins (Jackie), Hunter Hawkins and Hayden Hawkins (Maddison); her sisters-in-law, Joann and Beth Townsend; and her caregivers, Janessa, Jan, Leslie and Jessica. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
