It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Narcisse Guidry of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecilia Martin Batiste and Paul Narcisse; her husband Nelson; and her sisters, Paulette Narcisse Grant and Anna.
She is survived by: her children, Lajaka Guidry Mouton, Harold Guidry, Kima Perry and Tyranika Perry; her close friends, Marcelena Senegal and Georgia Carmouche; her siblings, Clifford Paul, Cecil Narcisse, Pairica Narcisse Fisher, Freda Narcisse Uweauyionu, Maxine Narcisse Black and Donna; her close friend James Ryan; her grandchildren, Travis Guidry and Ladashia Griffin; her great grandchild Mona Arceneaux (Serenity Trahan); and her close friend Gloria Senegal. She is also survived by Mother had 20 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
