He is survived by: his mother Earline Bush (Moreland); his daughter Samantha Bush; his granddaughter Brooke Burns; and his sisters, Sheila Bush Patterson (Kim Patterson) and Sharron Bush Smith (Bill Arbuckle). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
