He was predeceased by: his father Anthony M. Centanni. He is survived by: his daughter Gemma Faye Centanni; his mother Charlene Centanni; his siblings, Justin Centanni (Marie), Kama Pollick (Rick) and Sera SoRelle (Daniel); his siblings' children, Michael Hosti, Nicholas Hosti, Trey Pollick, Chase Pollick, Anthony Centanni III, Daniel SoRelle, Jr., Robert SoRelle, Lucy Centanni, Serafina Centanni, Eleanor SoRelle and Annie SoRelle; his girlfriend Christi Guillory; his girlfriend's son Amos; Dawn Hebert.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Eric's memory to the Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency, an organization that held special meaning to Eric, as his father was an organ donor recipient.
