He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Gobert and Rosalie Fontenot Gobert. He is survived by: his sisters, Marlene Thibodeaux (Randy) of Crowley, Lisa Simon (Chad) of Lafayette and Melissa Broussard (George) of Paulina, LA; and also Vernon Gobert, Jr. (Tina) of Crowley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
