Erwin Webb Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erwin Webb (Lafayette, Louisiana), who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Webb and Volcie Marie Webb; and his siblings, Charles Webb, Thomas Webb, Ruby Couvillion, Bootsie Breaux and Anna Domengeaux.

He is survived by: his daughter Dana W. Otillio (Mike); his grandchildren, Lily and Ethan; and his siblings, Marie Rouley, Sylvia Daigle, Sarah West and Ronnie Webb.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to New Hope Community Development of Acadiana (by check via mail or online at newhopelafayette.org — Buddy Webb Memorial) or to the Monastery of Mary, Mother of Grace in Lafayette.

“i am so sorry to hear of you losing Buddy. He and I were the best of friends in the Navy on the John F. Kennedy. Somehow, in the late 1990's we re-connected and in later years we have called each other frequently. Buddy called me on my birthday, 12-22, then when I hadn't heard from him I tried texting and calling a couple times this month. Today I went on Facebook and saw the sad news. you must miss him so.
