She was predeceased by: her husband John Melvin Pitte; her mother Rosalee Bruno; and her sons, Larry Pitte and Steven Pitte. She is survived by: her niece Priscilla Handy; her daughters, Eula Mae Pitte and Cynthia Pitte; and her grandchildren, Demitrius Pttie, Victoria Pitte Calais and Vicki Pitte. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Syrie Funeral Home (1417 E Simcoe St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
