He is survived by: the mother of his children Rose Batiste; his sons, Felton Batiste Jr. (Cynthia), Larry J. Batiste (Lucille) and Linton J. Batiste Sr. (Charlotte); his siblings, Mildred Jean Batiste Joseph, Georgia Jean Batiste Semere, Alton Jean Batiste, Joseph Jean Batiste and Eugene Jean Batiste; his grandson Linton Batiste, Jr.; and his great grandchild Xavier Batiste. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
