It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Forrest Celestine Jr. (Lafayette, Louisiana), who passed away on June 8, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Celestine and Theresa Celestine; his grandparents, Telesphore Celestine, Celeste Landry, Joseph Mouton and Alphonsine Faulk; and his brothers, Horace and Willie.
He is survived by: his son Felix; his grandchildren, Courtlyn, Danaisha, Madison, Kia and Theresa; his sisters, Brenda and Jacqueline; and his niece Johnielle. He is also survived by many loving cousins, aunts and uncles.
All those in attendance must wear a mask or face covering.
