He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Richard Mooring; his parents, Thomas Mooring and Pauline Patterson Mooring; and his siblings, Glen Mooring, Gerald Mooring, Norman Mooring and Arline Beck.
He is survived by: his pet Sophie; his children, Lisa (Sam Richard), Wade (April Mooring) and Jared Mooring (Lauren Green); his grandchildren, Tyler Richard, Blake (Andrea Richard), Halie Richard (Brannon Haywood), Layne Mooring, Ashlyn Mooring and Alyssa Mooring; his great grandchildren, Ava Claire Paris Richard, Bentley Richard and Kenzie Haywood; and his brothers, Kenneth Mooring and John (Sharon Mooring). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to the family to defray any cost.
