He was predeceased by: his parents, Fen Kao and Yin Pang. He is survived by: his wife Lilly June Pang; his daughters, Janice Pang of San Jose, California and Lisa Pang of San Jose, California; his siblings, Johnny Pang (Judy), Billy Pang (Brenda) and Leah Hsieh (Wendell); and his nephew Bob Pang. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Donations may be made online in memory of Dr. Pang to the College of Engineering at the University of Louisiana, Lafayette, where he taught for many years.
